Gymnasium
The gym is equipped with cutting-edge Precor equipment that works for all fitness levels. The hotel offers all members a free fitness assessment and a personal programme to get started. Complimentary reviews are also available to vary and improve training requirements, and appointments with the hotel’s qualified instructors can be booked at the reception desk. The dedicated weights/strength training room features a Smith machine, designed to eliminate the need for a spotter when doing lifts, making it safer than traditional equipment. The weight room also offers a cable crossover machine, which enables visitors to work every muscle group on one machine.

Power Plates
