The hotel offers five stylish, high-tech meeting and conference rooms overlooking Athlone and the River Shannon, as well as a ballroom (Marina Suite) and large event space (Northgate Suite) that can each be divided into three separate suites. All event spaces feature air conditioning, LCD projector and screen, natural daylight, touch-screen light and sound controls, and television broadcasting capability. All guests and meeting delegates enjoy Free high-speed Internet access throughout the hotel.

• Marina Suite Ballroom - 550 delegates (divisible into three suites accommodating 110, 110 and 160 delegates seperately)  
• Northgate Suite - 90 delegates (divisible into three suites: Devenish Suite - 20 delgates, Custume Suite - 30 delegates and Boswell Suite - 20 delegates)
• Goldsmith Suite - 20 delegates
• De Lacy Suite - 20 delegates
• De Constien Suite - 40 delegates
• Earls Suite - 16 delegates (boardroom seating)
