Elements Restaurant

The 140-seater split-level restaurant's design incorporates elemental themes of water, fire, earth and air. The water theme is reflected in the illuminated oceanic themed glass panels, wave shaped room dividers and aqua marine upholstered dining chairs. The fire element is created through a central octagonal island hearth. Earth is mirrored through the well-lit bamboo screens and sand-coloured upholstered chairs and the air element is manifested by creating a sense of spaciousness with white light, ceiling-to-floor windows and an open plan layout.

Our Quayside Bar and Lounge has a simplistic yet chic ambiance, which is reflected in the contrasting buttermilk and dark cherry colour scheme, which provides the guest with an extremely comfortably environment in which to relax in and enjoy a drink, from the ever popular Gin and Tonic and Manhattan to our Bar Manager's selection of creative cocktails.
