goldpoints plus for Meeting Planners conditions

• Must be a member of the goldpoints plus programme.
• Only one person can receive the Gold Points® associated to the meeting/event.
• Member must indicate their membership number when booking an event/meeting.
• Member does not have to attend the meeting/event to be eligible for the Gold Points®.
• All meeting/event charges must be applied to one Master Bill to qualify for Gold Points®.
• A commission cannot be earned while earning Gold Points®.
• Points earned through events/meetings do not count towards Silver Elite and Gold Elite tier qualification.
• Silver Elite and Gold Elite tier additional bonus point earning does not apply when earning Gold Points® from an event/meeting.
• goldpoints plus benefits for individual stayers (such as dining discounts, weekend offers, "Our World, Your Lounge.", guaranteed room availability...) do not apply.
• Not valid in hotels in Norway.
• Points awarded for events up to EUR 50,000, based on total folio and excluding taxes.
• Points awarded to either the guests (if residential event), the clients or the intermediary (venue finder, conference meeting planners or professional conference organizers).
• Express Awards for meetings are available at participating hotels in Europe, the Middle-East and Africa only. These are subject to availability and do not apply where restricted by local laws.
