A: It means if you're booking a room at a Radisson Blu Hotel or Park Inn online, you will find the lowest available online rate on the Radisson Blu Hotel or Park Inn web site.
Q: What is the Best Online Rate Guarantee?
A: If you find a lower rate on another travel site - for the same location, for the same date(s), same room type, same number of guests and same rate terms or restrictions - The Rezidor Hotel Group will honor the lower rate AND discount that rate by 25%. Q: Who do I contact if I see a lower rate on another website?
A: Follow the instructions below:
1. Download and fully complete the BEST PRICE GUARANTEE FORM (click here)
2. Fax the completed form and printed screenshot substantiating your claim (see Terms & Conditions for more details) to +353 1 706 0225 within 24 hours of making your reservation on www.radissonblu.com or www.rezidorparkinn.com .
3. We will respond within 72 hours on the status of your claim. If you have not had a response within this timeframe please e-mail BPG@rezidor.com
Q: What is the reward if I report a lower rate found on another site and it is the lowest online rate?
A: The Rezidor Hotel Group guarantees to give you 25% off the lower rate if Customer Service is able to confirm the rate is for the same date(s), the same room type, the same number of guests, the same hotel and same rate terms or restrictions (i.e. the rate guarantee and rate cancellation policies).
Q: Is there a time window that I need to submit a claim within to activate the Best Online Rate Guarantee?
A: You must submit a claim within 24 hours of the original booking, and at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. If the Best On-Line Rate Guarantee claim is approved, we will confirm to you by email the new rate to be charged and inform the hotel accordingly. If your stay has been prepaid we will refund the difference on your credit card.
Q: Do I have to present anything to the hotel upon check-in?
A: Please present your reservation confirmation number at time of check-in.
Q: How is the Best Online Rate Guarantee verified?
A: When you contact Customer Service and inform them of the site where the lower rate was found, they will validate the availability of the lower rate and verify that rate meets the terms of the guarantee. If the lower rate is no longer available, the guarantee will not apply.
Q: Does the Best Online Rates Guarantee apply to all Radisson Blu or Park Inn reservations?
A: The Best Online Rate Guarantee applies to reservations made on all Radisson Blu or Park Inn websites and applies only to Radisson Blu and Park Inn hotels located in Europe, the Middle East and Africa except where prohibited by law.
